Appointment Policy Appointments are scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. To schedule an appointment with one of our physicians, please call (860) 886-2679 x36. You may also use our online appointment request form. We request that you make your appointments as far in advance as possible. Should you have an urgent need, we will make every attempt or effort to accommodate you as soon as is reasonably possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so we may offer the time to another patient. Patient emergencies arise unexpectedly which may interrupt the normal appointment schedule. If this occurs, we will advise you as soon as possible and reschedule an appointment time that is most convenient for you. Any patient having chest pain or a complaint which is of an urgent basis should NOT use this website, but call the office directly or 911 if the problem is happening now. |
